Cancellation Policy
Up until three (3) days prior to the date of the event or whenever the Club needs to inform the venue of final expected attendance numbers (whichever is sooner), you can contact us to cancel for a full refund. Anytime after that, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Club. Please contact Chuck Elgin, Treasurer, for further information.
