We are invited to join the Charleston Club's Annual Buckeye Oyster Roast Sunday, Feb. 19 at The Wreck in Old Mt. Pleasant. Charlotte Buckeye Members $25, Non-Members $28 and "If You Don't Eat Oysters" Only $15.
Put it on your calendar... Sunday February 19 will be our umpteenth Annual Oyster Roast. And we will be returning to the Wreck, or as it is formally known, the Wreck of the Richard and Charlene, on beautiful Shem Creek in the Old Village in Mt. Pleasant.

The Wreck is one of the most beautiful places in Old Mt. Pleasant with views up and down Shem Creek and the Charleston Harbour.
It's an all-you-can-eat Sunday Buffet from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. where you bring your own beverages (BYOB) while they serve up clusters of sweet, local oysters, sumptuous chili and great hot dogs. It is always a great time.

The Wreck provides oyster knives and towels but if you have a favorite oyster knife bring it along. Don't forget to bring plenty of your special hot sauce, beer, wine, moonshine and sun block. It's all good!
Best Priced Oyster Roast in the Lowcountry

Only $25 for Charlotte Buckeye Members and $28 for non-members, and, if you don't like to eat local bivalves: $15. This is a rain or shine event, but if it rains we're indoors so no umbrellas needed. Purchase your tickets no later than February 15th.

They Need a Head Count
Purchase your Tickets now!  We need to soon if you are coming so we can have an accurate number of attendees,  make sure we have enough oysters and chili on hand for everyone.
